  • All the participants should bring their college Identity Card
  • All the participants should carry their passport size photograph
  • Only one team from a college will be allowed to participate in a particular event
  • One player can participate in maximum 2 events, where athletics will be treated as one event (with a limit of participating in 02 athletics events)
  • Participants of all the events should report at the assigned venue at least 30 minutes before start of the respective events
  • If any participant is found involved in any indiscipline activities he/she will be debarred from the tournament immediately
  • Illegal participation of any player/team in any event will be responsible for disqualification of all teams of the concerned college from all events of the tournament and the college authority will be responsible for this act
  • Decision of the panel of judges/referees will be final and binding to all
  • All the sports events are on knockout basis
  • All game will be played according to the rules and regulations of Indian Sports Federation
  • Rule and regulation can be modified, if required
  • Only boys team(s) will/shall be entertained in Cricket and Kabaddi
  • Only an individual can participate, as it is not a team event
  • Participant should reach venue on time
  • Participant will be able to participate only in the race as mentioned during the registration
  • Participant should be allowed to run only in the sports wear

  • Clock should be tapped from right hand only
  • No outside assistance will be allowed during the game

Event Rules
  • Chess will be played according to international rules
  • Understand the “Touch-Move” rule
  • Properly move all chess pieces
  • This will be knockout tournament
  • Head coordinator decision will be final
  • Only boys team(s) will/shall be entertained
  • All will be KNOCK OUT matches
  • Each team shall give the names of 14 players during the registration with only 11 taking to the field at any one time
  • The list of playing XI must be finalized before the toss by both team captains
  • Playing 11 will be declared before the start of the game and then there will be no change in the playing team except unavoidable situations
  • All the team members should be in a proper kit (T-shirt + Lower) and sports shoes
  • Organizing committee will be providing the stumps and the ball. Rest of the accessories of the cricket kit will be brought by the team itself
  • Umpire’s Decision will be Final
  • In case of any dispute or conflict, only captains will be allowed to speak with the umpires who in-turn can consult Organizing Committee if required
  • Please note that once a team member has been named as part of one team, he will NOT be allowed to play for another team in the tournament
  • All players from both teams should be present 15 minutes before scheduled start time. Toss should be done 5 minutes before scheduled start time
  • If opponent team is delayed for 10 minutes from the scheduled start time, 1 over will be deducted from the delayed team and 1 over deduction every 5 minutes after that. If a team is late more than 30 minutes the opposite will be declared as Winners
  • At least 11 Players of the Team must be present for the game to start
  • Red Guru Tennis balls will be used for all day matches & Yellow balls during night matches
  • One New ball will be provided for each Innings of the match & will be changed only upon damage to the Play beyond playing condition which will be decided mutually among Captains/Umpires
  • In case of Tie during Semi-Finals, there will be One Super over until the clear result
  • A substitute player will not be allowed to Bat/Bowl. A substitute fielder will be allowed for only initial 3 overs, if the players not reach by that time then the teams have to play with lesser players, Substitute fielders can only field at any time during the match
  • All players are advised to play fair under all circumstances
  • Captains are responsible to avoid any misbehavior on the field such as abuse a player, umpire or indulge any activities that may cause unnecessary problems
  • Only boys team(s) will/shall be entertained
  • Each team shall give the names of 10 players during the registration with only 7 taking to the field at any one time
  • Playing 7 will be declared before the start of the game and then there will be no change in the playing team except unavoidable situations
  • All the team members should be in a proper kit (T-shirt + Lower)
  • Games will be played in singles only
  • Games are played to 11 points
  • Alternate Serves every two points
  • Toss the ball straight up when serving
  • The Serve can land anywhere in Singles
  • A Serve that touches the net on the way over is a "Let"
  • Alternate Hitting in a Doubles Ralley
  • Volleys are not allowed
  • If your hit bounces back over the net by itself, it is your point
  • Touching the ball with your paddle hand is allowed
  • You may not touch the table with your non-paddle hand
