Description of The Event

A quiz is a form of game or mind sport in which players attempt to answer questions correctly on one or several specific topics. Quizzes can be used as a brief assessment in education and similar fields to measure growth in knowledge, abilities, or skills. They can also be televised for entertainment purposes, often in a game show format.

This event provides an excellent opportunity to the teams to showcase their talents and intellect to the higher level. In this each team has to answer the questions...

Rules

General Instructions

All the Participants should carry their college ID Card/Govt. ID proof.
Registration must be done before the commencement of the event.
Participant must bring their passport size photograph.
Any suspicious doing can lead direct disqualification.

Specific Rules

Only two members are allowed in a team and the team size should not exceed
Team should reach the venue 10 minutes before the provided time
Time limit for answer 30 secs
The team members should actively participate

Event Rules

10 marks will be awarded for the right answer and negative marking of 5 marks for the wrong answer
Any whispering sound will lead to disqualification of the question
After the question is asked students will be given a time of 30 secs to answer
To answer the question, the student will press the buzzer
In case of tie, an extra tie breaker question will be asked

Judging Criteria

There will be 3 rounds in this event and the finalists will be judged on the basis of the total marks earned by the respective teams
