Admission Process

Admission Process

The admission process has been categorized into three types of entries depending upon candidate suitability:

  1. For B.Tech. (1st Year admissions)
  2. For MBA
  3. For B.Tech. Lateral Entry (2nd Year admissions)

Admission Process for B.Tech. (1st Year admissions)

  1. Through JEE-Mains 2021 Entrance Exam
    1. JEE-Mains qualified candidates for B.Tech. course have to attend online counseling as per schedule provided by the JEE-Mains conducting authority or AKTU, Lucknow and then after the allotment is confirm, the candidate will have to report to the Admission Cell with allotment letter issued by JEE-Mains in favor of GL BAJAJ Group of Institutions, Mathura [College Code: 511].
    2. Physical reporting is not merely showing presence in the institute. It is an end process to complete admission formalities by verifying and submitting documents, deposit of institute requisite fee at Institute in accordance with the terms and conditions stated in Admission Letter of JEE-Mains 2021 counseling.
    3. Prior to physical reporting, all allotted candidates are required to do the following to minimize human interaction and smooth functioning in view of COVID-19 pandemic:

      2. Undertaking related to fee refund. [click here]
      3. For fees refund policy [click here]
      4. Undertaking related to attendance. [click here]
      5. Anti-ragging affidavits (self and parents) to be attested by the Notary / Oath commissioner on a stamp paper of Rs.10/- each [click here]
      6. List of required documents for admission. [click here]
      7. Application form for hostel, if required [click here]
      8. Application form for transport, if required [click here]

      Note: Sign the filled documents available with the Institute authorities personally at the time of physical reporting.

    5. After filling the data in online registration form, please take printout after submission. This is a mandatory process. Please ensure TWO photocopies of all requisite documents in good quality in terms of clarity and readability.
    6. Candidates who wish to apply for educational loan, the following documents to be downloaded
      1. Approval letter issued by the AICTE [click here]
      2. Information booklet for the Session 2020-21 [click here]
    7. For any other query, please send email on [email protected]
    8. The Hostel facility will allotted on first cum first serve basis. However, criterion for allotment shall be the exclusive right of the Director.
    9. The original documents shall be returned after due verification at the time of reporting at College but all students should mandatorily keep the original documents with themselves during first semester as these original document will be presented before AKTU authorities for enrollment.
    10. Please visit the college website (www.glbajajgroup.org) at regular intervals for updates related to reporting and commencement of session.
    11. Fee as mentioned in fee structure can be paid through Bank Draft favoring GL BAJAJ Group of Institutions, payable at Mathura. The fee can also be paid through net banking (click here for fee payment details). In case fee is deposited through net banking, the student will have to provide Transaction ID/UTR number to enable us to issue the fee receipt (click here for filling fee payment details).
    12. Other formalities will be done in the institute during physical reporting.
  2. Direct Admission

    Direct admissions for B.Tech. Programme at GL BAJAJ Group of Institutions, Mathura are offered under management quota as per university norms. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their performance in JEE-Mains/12th PCM percentage. Eligible candidates under direct admission will have to follow the following steps:

    1. Click on link Admission Registration form and get yourself registered with the instructions mentioned in the page.
    2. You would be informed by the authorities to attend the test / interview
    3. On confirmation for the admission, you will have to report to the college on the date given by the College authorities with the documents as mentioned above in Point A (ii - iv)

    6. After paying the fee, fill the entries of fee payments [click here].
    7. Rest of the procedure would be completed in the college only.

Admission Process for MBA (1st Year admissions)

  1. Through Entrance Exam 2021

    Please follow the below steps to apply for admission in MBA through Entrance Exam 2021:

    1. Entrance Exam 2021 qualified candidates for MBA course have to attend online counseling as per schedule provided by the AKTU, Lucknow and then after the allotment is confirm, the candidate has to report to the Admission Cell with allotment letter issued by Entrance Exam 2021 in favour of GL BAJAJ Group of Institutions, Mathura [College Code: 511]

    The admissions in B.Tech. Lateral entry in 2nd year will be achieved through qualifying UPCET - 2021 Entrance Exam conducted by AKTU, Lucknow this year first time. Please follow the below steps to apply for admission in B.Tech. Lateral entry in 2nd year through UPCET - 2021 Entrance Exam
