Recruitment Policy

We believe a positive academic ambience is a great facilitator for bringing out the best from its Associates. Although, it does take time to build up positive academic ambience and certain policies have strong impact in promoting the same in line with the Vision & Mission. It is our judicious HR policy to serve as a powerful mechanism to enhance sense of belongingness and positivity in outlook and to add the sense of responsibility and commitment of employees.

We follow the prevailing norms laid down by the statutory bodies for ascertaining qualifications, experience and pay scale for its Associates.

  • Only short listed candidates may be called for interview after scrutiny, if found eligible for the post.
  • If number of applications received in bulk, written test will be conducted.
